| CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
We can accept all major credit or debit cards. If you are making your first order with us, the delivery address must also be the card billing address as the charge may be refused if the address is different. If you want your order to be shipped to a different address please include this in the Shipping Address of your account.
If you are outside the UK, then the charge on your statement will appear as UK Pounds Sterling or UK Pounds Sterling converted to your own currency. This will be the same amount as your total cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ORDERS OVER 2 KG:
International customers are advised that the UK postal system works on a 2 Kg price threshold. Orders that go over this 2 Kg weight will be very expensive to deliver.
We advise our international customers to keep their orders under the 2 Kg to avoid very expensive delivery costs.
IT WILL BE CHEAPER TO BREAK YOUR ORDER INTO SEVERAL DELIVERIES UNDER 2 KG THAN TO GO OVER THIS WEIGHT RESTRICTION. |

| Credit card details submitted via the SagePay website are held on a secure server. We can accept card details by email, but please spilt them into two or more parts if your worried about security, or contact us by phone. |

| Listed prices are always valid, but we reserve the right to change prices without notice (due to suppliers price increases and fluctuations the world exchange rates). | 9. Returns |
| In the event of any item(s) being damaged or faulty then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of items for details of returning the item(s). Returns will only be accepted if there is a genuine fault with the product, this includes shipping damage, faulty items and items not ordered
We regret that due to the nature of the majority of our products being limited runs and editions, damages to packaging are not covered under our returns policy.
Because the items sold on Ik'sentrik are extremely difficult for us to buy and bring into the UK, we can only offer customers with defective merchandise the option of a refund or an exchange if the item purchased is still available. All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. |

| 10. Defective Product Return Policy |
| Most of the figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and most often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts, etc.), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of receipt, using the procedure listed below. Please note: Ik'sentrik will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Blister cards, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you'll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. |

| 11. How does Iksentrik package web orders? |
| We pride ourselves on our shipping at Iksentrik.
Our packaging never looks pretty but we truly believe in recycling all our card, bags, bubble wrap and everything else. So we reuse everything that we get our shipments in.
But rest assured your purchase will make it to you in one piece with little to no damage to your purchase. If for any reason your package is delivered damaged please let us know so that we can rectify it.
After all we collect toys ourselves and understand how important it is as a collector to have everything looking perfect on the shelf. |
