Today we had a very special shopper at Iksentrik.

Anybody who knows me well, knows my love for all things Muppets and Jim Henson’s Creature Shop. If you didn’t know, it is one of the main reasons why I moved to England was to potentially work for the studio in London.

I truly felt like a star struck teenager when Brian and Wendy Froud came in today. When I found out who I was talking to my mouth went dry and I started to shake. Brian’s work on films like the Dark Crystal and Labyrinth is one of the main reasons I work in film and television myself.

Both Brian and Wendy’s work have always been an inspiration to myself and is a love I’ve passed onto my sons.

Thanks to both Brian and Wendy for putting up with my blubbering and idolization.
